Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Implement warranty review, maintain 3M/12M/WM and improve performance monthly. * Implement external quality review, monitor external quality index results and improve them. * Working with suppliers in order to obtain the reimbursement from the claims provoked from them. * Lead the analysis in parts, vehicles, materials to obtain root cause results. * Perform analysis on failed parts and solve them thru the use of problem-solving techniques, document those improvements and share best practices. * Review field emerging issues to obtain results and if needed coordinate analysis for solution and potential recalls. * Monitor safety quality issues in the field and take appropriate field fix such as recall and campaign. * Oversee and manage ongoing operation, monitor and evaluate staff performance. * Document the results from the quality assurance analysis; write reports and report to the immediate superior. * Regularly communicate with other Units across the company in order to provide them with feedback on the nonconformities detected through the analysis. * Analyze the results from analysis and send feedback to relevant departments. * Develop action plans for quality improvement. * Document and enforce the quality standards. * Ensure the availability of the equipment and materials needed for analysis. * Enforce and observe safety regulations. * Perform extra projects delegated by the immediate superior. * Organize and provide training; conduct a performance appraisal; provide feedback. * Meet all other requirements as assigned. * Actively communicate with HQ and HMA/KUS to improve issue. * Support related activities, events and tasks. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree (all majors). * 10 years of job-related experience. * Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications. * Experience with external market and current trends. * Experience in analyzing data and developing proposals. * Valid drivers' license required. Preferred: * Job related experience in Automotive Industry. Travel Requirement: * Domestic/International travel required.
