POSITION SUMMARY:The Service Training Manager will have a vital role in the success of the Company's Academy and Training Center. The incumbent will manage the development and delivery of the Service Training School's curricula to dealers, partners, and customers. They will have responsibility for the School's budget, tactical development and delivery plan, marketing of training offerings to the dealers, scheduling of classes, and staff workloads. They will have key input into the direction and development of the Academy's long-range plan. Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the development, implementation, and tracking of the annual budget for the School of Service Training.Oversee the development, implementation, and tracking of the annual Tactical Plan for curricula development, delivery, and expense tracking.Set annual performance goals and conduct semi-annual performance evaluations of service training staff.Manage, in conjunction with the Service Training Development Supervisor, the development of curricula according to the Tactical Plan by working with all divisions to establish priorities.Manage the delivery of curricula in similar fashion.Ensure the Gate Review Process and timeline is followed to maintain quality, timeliness, and communication.Manage the class calendar, scheduling. and marketing of ILT classes to our employees, dealers, partners, and customers.Manage the training areas, machinery, products, and technology for training at the Training Center.Ensure instructors are trained and practice the best adult learning techniques creating the highest retention possible. Stay abreast of the latest techniques and skills for the team.Manage the reporting for the School of Service Training.Develop and deliver training as needed.Ensure the School is current on the best-in-class techniques for ILT, web based, webinar, and social media curricula delivery.Other projects as requested.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 7+ years of experience with technical instruction to adults.Experience in adult education best practices and retention techniques.Ability to work 8+ hours per day, with some over time, in an office and classroom settings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:* The employee is required to stand, walk and navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed. * Requires candidate to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. * Requires candidate to detect, inspect, perceive and observe; will appropriately interact with others, including the public, in stressful and busy situations.Ability to travel domestic and international, travel is expected 20% or less of the time, with some trips to the home office. This position is full time and based in Acworth, GA.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Knowledge of and the ability to train Academy instructors on the best adult education/learning techniques.Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) including roster management and reporting.Efficient use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple projects from multiple project managers and subject matter experts while maintaining production timelines and priorities.Knowledge of, or ability to learn, technical aspects of Company's products.Ability to plan and maintain the School's budget and Plan.Knowledge in the use of Articulate 360 Suite including Storyline 360 and Studio 360
