Job Title: Carpenter (Fire/Water Restoration) Job Location: Norcross, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Seeking individuals that have a desire to perform quality work, display a get it done attitude and the desire for long term employment with advancement opportunities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Will perform various duties that include, but are not limited to, general demolition, framing, set and carry windows and doors, install exterior siding and cornice, install interior trim and cabinets. Punch out, trim work, framing, Sheetrock and roofing. Assists in assessing the damage and making notes of the condition. Assures we are following best practices in regards to safe completion of work. Assists in insuring equipment is properly maintained. Follows proper demolition/construction guidelines and helps insure guidelines are followed by all employees and sub-contractors. Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Maintains a high degree of integrity and loyalty towards the company and all levels of management. Accomplishes any other tasks as required by Superintendents. REQUIREMENTS Must have 5 years of residential/commercial construction experience. Experience in restoration construction, painting and other related restoration services is a plus but not required. Will frequently move minimum of 50 pounds safely. Must be able to travel 30% of the time. Regularly ascend/descend ladders and scaffolding as well as position self to perform tasks overhead and underneath. Must maintain company vehicle (if assigned) by keeping it clean and in good working order. Maintain a good driving record consisting of no more than one (1) moving violation. Must pass pre-employment and annual background check, physical test, drug test, and E-Verify.
