Job Title: Logistics Clerk Job Location: Acworth, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Summary: All activities should emphasize on company’s initiatives for safety, quality and productivity. This job deals with shipping, storing or warehousing, receipts and use of SAP. Additional responsibilities include: Essential duties and responsibilities: • Receive raw materials, supplies and labels. • Check packing slip, certificate of analysis, and other documentation, for each raw material, supplies and labels. • Check for damaged raw materials and supplies. • Fill out a receiving report for each lot number of every raw material and supplies. This includes description, lot number, quantity, etc. • Distribution of receiving reports copies to accounting, purchasing, and inventory departments, as well as front desk for filing purposes • UPS distribution of individual packages to a person or department • Fill out return reports for every raw material, supplies, and/or finished goods begin returned the supplier • Complete and submit all paper work at the end of day • Complete and submit all daily task before the end of the day • Experience with 5s, end of shift change over and a high priority in safety • Follow SOP’s and accurately perform inventory transactions in SAP • Follow all safety procedures • Other tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisor Minimum Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Minimum of 2 years Warehouse or Logistics Specialist experience • Intermediate profiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP • Valid Passport and willingness to travel to Germany for training When submitting a résumé for this position, I understand that this information may be used to create a registration with the Georgia Department of Labor on Employ Georgia. #CBRC Requirements: Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: 24 Months Special Requirements: This job does not have any special requirements.
