Job Title: Automated Machine Operator/Inspector Job Location: Acworth, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: The employee shall be responsible for placing partially completed shoes on tooling to prepare for IR welding process, performing inspections and reworks as necessary. Activities will include emphasis on initiatives for safety, quality and productivity. Additional responsibilities include: Essential duties and responsibilities: • Placing partially completed shoes on tooling, preparing them for next process • Performing inspections with great attention to detail. • Reworking parts as necessary. • Maintaining assigned tooling • Assist with production of new product samples and new material testing. • Complete other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: • High School diploma /GED equivalent • Willingness and ability to travel to Germany for 2 weeks of paid training. • Candidate must be observant and technical Helpful Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to use simple hand tools. • Prior experience with quality inspections. • Prior experience with IR welding. • Prior experience with industrial sewing, and fabric working. • Prior experience with footwear manufacturing.
