SUMMARY The Logistics Assistant – RM W/H (Raw Material Warehouse) is responsible for raw material shipments from Asia to Hanwha Q CELLS Georgia facility and inventory management of the final products to ensure 3PL’s service and cost targets are met. RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and unload incoming materials and ensure their accuracy through cross check. * Review all incoming paperwork for their accuracy. * Perform general maintenance of the warehouse. * Inspect shipments and notify the supervisor of damages. * Manage all movements for every product including equipment, raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods via air, land, and sea. * Deliver items to requisitioning departments and designated staging areas. * Operate loading and unloading of equipment for shipments. * Consolidate inventory and purchased items for kitting to sub-assembly locations. * Manage input of information for discrepant materials. * Manage yard operations. (GR and GI for raw material and final goods) * Inventory management and inspection using inventory reports. * Supervise GR and GI conducted by 3PL. * Compare the input quantity of RM with planned BOM by orders. * Transfer RM and FG if needed, as directed by Logistics Manager * Follow up on emergency orders. * Manage temperature and humidity of RM Warehouse. * Return RM which failed Quality Control tests. * 5S management and monitor safety of stored inventory. * Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company. * Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management. * Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled * Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player PREFERRED QUALIFICATION * Experience in high tech manufacturing industry and startups * Bilingual in Korean and English * Strong project and people management, and analytical skills * Manage organizations within goals while considering time, budget and business unit's objective * Analytical and data-driven coupled w/ creative problem solving When submitting a résumé for this position, I understand that this information may be used to create a registration with the Georgia Department of Labor on Employ Georgia. #CBRH Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
