Description:
• Communicates with internal and external customers via telephone to complete various requests • Sends call tags to customers; creates parts orders • Prelog’s guns coming in for repairs; looks up repair/replacement status • Ensures all special requests are addressed and met • Serves as special projects assistant • Supports the warranty repair facility with parts orders and pricing as needed • Assists customers with technical support and general questions related to firearms, ammunition, repairs, parts, and accessories • Assists with returned goods and exchanges; creates replacement orders as needed • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listen and get clarification, and respond well to questions. **Call center hours are 9am-9pm--you must be available to work an 8 hour shift (9AM-5PM OR 12PM-9PM) To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma, or GED, plus a minimum of one year retail customer service work experience. Previous experience working in a call center is preferred. #CBRC
