Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician Job Location: Ball Ground, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Serve the community by completing installation, service, and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems. Represent the company in the field, and your responsibility will be to ensure that we are meeting our customers' HVAC needs with Integrity. Knowledge and Experience Required*EPA Universal Certification *Wiring Diagrams/Schematics *Soldering & Brazing *Basic Air Flow/Duct Design *Testing Tools & Instruments *High Voltage (Three Phase & Single Phase) *Low Voltage *Inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment *Interpret plans, diagrams, blueprints, mechanical drawings, sketches, and specifications *Ability to communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written *Ability to work independently with little direction *Clean Motor Vehicle Record Knowledge and Experience Preferred*Associates Degree or Technical Certification or a minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC experience *HVAC systems start-up/commissioning *Automation & Controls *Low Temp. Refrigeration *Sheet Metal Installation & Fabrication *State building codes, ordinances, and regulations specific to HVAC *High Voltage (Three Phase & Single Phase) Hours of Availability: 6:00 am-6: 00 pm, Monday-Friday. May be required to come in early or stay late to accommodate special opportunities. Available to rotate on-call status for emergency after-hours service. No more than 50 hours during summer months.Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation package to be discussed at time of employment.
