Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Location: White, Georgia Salary: $23.50 - $25.75 Salary Frequency: Description: The Maintenance Technician will: • Maintain spare parts inventories and complete purchase requisitions when necessary.• Employee will be expected to work within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track spare parts inventory, open and close work orders, PM completions and schedules.• Provide and support a safe working environment by following Constellium EHS objectives and maintaining housekeeping.• Maintain the material handling system and assembly system.• Performing preventative maintenance requirements on all production equipment.• Operation and programming (when necessary) of general maintenance machinery (lathes, band saws, mills, etc.).• Supporting production, engineering, and quality engineering department as needed.• Train and mentor Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Production Operators.Candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and general equipment used at the Constellium facility. Examples include:o Robotic MIG Weldingo Production CNC Equipmento Pneumatic Torque Gunso Automatic Transfer Lineso Automatic Drilling Stationso Bending Press and Dieso Automatic Saw Cutting and Tumblingo PLC’s (Siemens/Allen Bradley)/Electrical Controlso Pneumatic and Hydraulic Fixtureso Miscellaneous Plant EquipmentJob Requirements for Candidate (not all inclusive):* Have High School Diploma/GED• Have good written and oral communication skills• Willing to work on many tasks to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process.• Working 12-hour shifts requiredExperience in troubleshooting, programming, and repairing robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding applications and CNC machines is a plus.NOTE: An assessment will be administered to assist in determining a candidate's current knowledge base in the areas of Electrical (AC/DC, PLC Logic, electrical circuit troubleshooting), Mechanical (ratios, general maintenance, basic hand tools, bearings and oils) and Hydraulic (components, pumps, troubleshooting, circuits, prints).
