SUMMARY The Quality Engineer (CS & IMS) is responsible for certifications and audit management, document management, and customer claim management all in accordance with the high industry standards and within manufacturing timescales. RESPONSIBILITIES * ISO 9001 management. * Audit management include ISO and solar certification authority (VDE, CSA, etc.). * Company document management. * Q-cost management. * Maintain, test and troubleshoot all CS instrumentation devices. * Participate in all quality meetings as a customer representative. * Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. * Regularly check for customer complaints on websites and analyze their root cause. * Accurately record data and production information. * Provide training and support to Quality Management Team. * Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures. * Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company. * Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management. * Flexibility to adapt to different tasks. * Eye for detail and quality. * Must be able to communicate effectively within the team. * Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that may not be climate controlled. * Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player. * High level of work ethic toward improving organizational culture. * Proactive approach toward various issues. * A self-motivated and driven team player. * Motivation for self-development.
