Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Construction:* Inspection and management of factory building progress. * Responding to regulation, safety, and environment problem during construction.* Issues identified, reported, and discussed.Facility:* Recognize overall paint facility status and problem and feedback to staff engaged in.* Establish improvement measures for facilities problems.* Establish appropriate methods to manage and clean facilities.Production:* Overall production management job (productivity and quality management).* Analysis of non-operational data and suggestion of improvement measures.* Collect daily production plans and performance and establish production schedules (making reports is required). * Analysis of quality status for each process and establish improvement measures. * Recognizing quality problem issues and feedback to worker for appropriate work method.* Identify factors related to quality of non-operation and establish and manage countermeasures.* Check production inhibition factors and suggestion of improvement measures. (production material, method, facilities etc.).* Management subsidiary material (paint, sealer etc.) and manufacturing tool for production.* Make plans to cleaning paint shop for each facility and arrange manpower for cleaning job.Management:* Worker management and preparation of work standards. * Arrange training course for new production members (operators, manufacturing worker etc.).* Inspection and training of compliance with safety rules and regulations. * Check dangerous factors in paint factory and make improvements.* Establishment of work efficiency improvement plan through collaboration with group, team leaders.* Capable of communicating with manufacturing members, leaders.Qualifications & Preferences:* Every Position will be contributed by Carrier or Experiences. Minimum:* Bachelor's degree or higher (Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Production Management, etc.). * No reason for disqualification for overseas travel or stay. Preferred:* 5 years or more of supervision and management related to finished car paint. * Task execution, drive, agility, crisis response capability.
