  • Your PIN is considered your signature and provides access to GDOL's online UI Benefit Services, such as, My UI, Request Weekly Payments, Change Address and Contact Information.
  • By using GDOL's online UI Benefit Services, you are consenting to the information you enter becoming part of your claim and personal profile record.
  • The information you enter must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the information you enter. You commit fraud anytime you provide false information. Avoid errors to prevent delays in your benefit payments.
  • GDOL provides safeguards to ensure the security of your information while using applications on the GDOL website. GDOL is not responsible for information retained by your personal computers and mobile devices. You are responsible for protecting your information on your computer and mobile devices, especially when visiting other websites or leaving your computer for an extended time.
