For the security of the unemployment benefits system and your information, you must have a password associated with your unemployment claim account to be able to access online related services, such as, file an unemployment claim, request weekly benefit payments, etc. A 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) is also required to use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone service to request weekly benefit payments.
You will be required to verify your identity when setting up and requesting to change your password and/or PIN.
Once you have successfully completed this process, you may begin or resume accessing your unemployment claim account and using the online services.
The security of your information is one of our most important concerns. We have provided safeguards to ensure security while you are entering your claim. Personal computers may retain data from your entry after you have finished your application.
